Paul has worked as a counsellor/psychotherapist since 2003 and as a supervisor since 2008. He has a wealth of experience and has worked with a wide variety of clients. His specialisms include: trauma, including all kinds of abuse, depression and anxiety and other forms of mental illness including personality disorders.
Paul is experienced in working with clients short and long term. He uses a CBT or Solution Focussed approach with short term clients and Gestalt and Person Centred models for longer term clients. Paul is also an EMDR practitioner and works with a number organisations and privately delivering EMDR.
